Rest
As one gets older you tend to notice that you are not able to do the things you were able to do as when you were younger. Don't get troubled, it's part of life EMBRACE it. Learn from it. Do things you haven't done before, learn a new hobby, explore your town, be around love ones, and absolutely rest. Studies show that if one doesn't get enough rest they feel fatigued, hard to focus, weaken their immune system, and lead to weight gain. know this life is good when we balance what is important.
